My name is Paul Slater. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I have one sister and a mother who does everything in her power to love and support me. For the last 8 years, she has been the one consistent person in my lilfe. I love my whole family and understand they can not devote as much time and effort as my mother, for they are working and struggling to make it in life.

As for myself, I love to read all types of books. I love all types of music. I love aIl animals and something that I didn't get the chance to do... I would love to travel and see as much as possible of the world. I also enjoy sports very much. I consider myself a pretty good baseball player, (smile). I enjoy watching movies, even though at the present time, we are not able to watch T.V. They say it is a threat to security!

I am writing today to ask for a pen pal. The age does not matter to me, male or female would be most welcomed. I have put pen pal ads up before with minimum success. I find it very interesting, how people from so far away can have such a big influence on my life, as I was not as fortunate as others to travel. Letters allow me to leave the confines of my cage. I will answer all letters and questions you have for me, as I'm sure you will want to know more about my incarceration!

mein Name ist Paul Slater. Ich wurde in Houston, Texas geboren und bin dort aufgewachsen. Ich habe eine Schwester und eine Mutter die alles in ihrer Macht tut, um mich zu lieben und zu unterstützen. In den letzten 8 Jahren war Sie die Beständige in meinem Leben. Ich liebe meine ganze Familie und verstehe, dass nicht alle so viel Zeit für mich aufbringen können, wie meine Mutter, da sie alle arbeiten und kämpfen um es im Leben zu schaffen.

Ich selbst liebe es, alle Arten von Büchern zu lesen. Ich liebe jede Art von Musik. Ich liebe alle Tiere und etwas, wofür ich keine Gelegenheit mehr habe…. Ich würde sehr gerne reisen und so viel wie möglich von der Welt sehen. Auch treibe ich sehr gerne Sport. Ich schätze, ich bin ein ziemlich guter Baseballspieler (smile). Ich sehe gerne Filme, trotz dass es uns momentan nicht erlaubt ist, fern zu sehen. Sie sagen, dass das ein Sicherheitsrisiko ist!

Heute schreibe ich, um für einen Brieffreund zu bitten. Das Alter spielt keine Rolle für mich, männlich oder weiblich, alles ist willkommen. Ich habe schon zuvor Anzeigen für Brieffreundschaften aufgegeben, jedoch mit wenig Erfolg. Ich finde es sehr interessant, dass Menschen von so weit weg einen solchen Einfluss auf mein Leben nehmen können, obwohl ich nicht wie so viele andere, die Möglichkeit des Reisens gehabt zu haben. Briefe erlauben mir die Grenzen meines Käfigs zu verlassen.
